Matchables have a picture-phonic on every letter, borders around the words for easy cutting, and matching pictures with no words. 272 pages

I took my class and reading intervention groups to the cafeteria to do Matchables.
Each student had 20 sets on a 6’ table. When they finished, they raised their hand and I walked over to check their words.
Then they mixed their cards up and traded tables with others while I helped lower students. It is so rewarding to hear students sound these out and get excited to match a picture.
Pages 1-240 are the Matchable cards.
Print full-size to make a book or large reading cards.
Print 2, 4 or 6 pages-per-page to make small cards. Prints great color or BW. If you print 6-per-page, the cards will be baseball card size and still has detail.
Pages 241-272 are teaching materials and should be printed full-size.
Each vowel has a cover page in case you make books. Or laminate and cut and put into a-e-i-o-u baggies. Or put them in a book for students who need a context picture to help blend sounds.
